- Term's and Condition's -
1 Order’s
1.1 To order online you may be required to specify:
a) What flavoured gummies you would like.
b) What coloured gummies you would like.
c) Design and text on the label you order. (Please be advised that long text (over 2-3 lines) will be printed smaller. If you would like to include text that does not suit the selected label, we will be in contact with you to discuss your options.
d) Grammatically correct text to be printed on label’s. All text provided will be printed EXACTLY how it is supplied to us. Please make sure you double check your spelling!
1.2 We reserve the right to refuse any order on any ground’s.
1.3 Please make sure all detail’s are correct as your order will be processed once payment is confirmed.
2 Postage and Pick up
2.1 We will have a pick up option available from the Metropolitan area of Melbourne. Pick up will only be available at the agreed time and date.
2.2 We do not take responsibility for any delays in postage, and we strongly recommend that you allow extra time for your order to arrive if you require it by a specific date.
2.3 Though we take every precaution to avoid damage during postage, Emry’s Sweet Delight’s are not responsible for breakage or damage due to delivery.
3 Payment
3.1 Payment must be completed at the time of purchase via an accepted payment method (PayPal, Direct debit).
3.2 If we are unable to authorise a payment at checkout, your order will not be processed, and therefore cancelled.
3.3 We do not keep or store any personal information including payment detail’s. Your privacy is a top priority.
4 Cancellation’s and Change’s
4.1 Change’s will be accepted within 3 hours of your order being placed.
4.2 Cancellation’s are permitted within 6 hours of your order being placed, IF your order is not customised or has not yet been started.
4.3 Cancellation’s are not permitted once your order has been made or shipped.
5 Refund’s
5.1 Refund’s will be returned via original payment method (please wait a day or two for this to show up in your account).
5.2 If by some chance you are unhappy with your experience, please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the issue. Our customer’s are our number one priority.
5.3 Any complaint’s must be submitted to us directly via email. We are a small business and will continue to improve and grow with more experience. We appreciate any feedback or comment’s.
5.4 Any decision to provide refund’s will be at our discretion. We will process any approved refund request’s within 5 business day’s from the time of approval.
6 Allergen’s
6.1 Gummy ingredient’s include: Granulated sugar, Water, Cream of Tartar (potassium bitartrate), lemon juice, salt, gelatin, citric acid, flavoured food colouring, Potassium Sorbate.
All ingredient’s used are also listed at the bottom of each item’s description.
6.2 Though every precaution is taken to ensure hygiene is at an optimal standard, all gummies are hand made in the same kitchen that does process a variety of other food’s.
6.3 Our gummies may contain trace’s of the following:
• Trace’s of nut’s
• Trace’s of seed’s
• Trace’s of gluten
• Trace’s of dairy
• Trace’s of egg
• Trace’s of wheat
• Trace’s of soy
